Use the internet to find your course handicap for any of the Hills Courses and Tee boxes

First, you need your Handicap Index, this is the number with one digit to the right of the decimal point (for instance, 12.7) -- do not confuse it with the Course Handicap which is always an integer (no decimal point).  Your course handicap is calculated from your handicap index and the slope rating of the course you play.

You can find your current Handicap Index on the GHIN System. Click Here
If you have players who are not on the GHIN sytem you might find them on GolfNet click here.

The GHIN System also has a tab to calculate your course handicap, you just need the course slope rating from the below table, for instance, the slope rating for the Cimmarron/Saddleback (Holes 10-27) from the Blue tees is 129.

If you enjoy doing it the old-fashioned way, use the below (manual) process.

Select the below course you plan to play, and determine the Course Handicap from the table using your handicap index.

Holes 1-18 (Chisholm/Cimmarron) Holes 10-27 (Cimmarron/Saddleback) Holes 19-9 (Saddleback/ Chisholm)

The USGA provides a complete, on line, handicap calculator that provides the course handicap for any handicap index and course "Slope Rating", just click here.  This is particularly useful if you are playing a course other than an SBR course.  Poke around a little on the USGA site and you can easily find the slope ratings of other courses.
